Ge-TS provides Paper-to-Electronic Conversion Service to convert your paper information into corresponding electronic messages and transmit it to the Government. Our wide network coverage^ incorporates representative trade associations, banks, logistics companies, printing outlets and redemption centres. You can also use Ge-TS's drop-in-boxes, postal, pick-up service and counter service. Your are reminded to submit trade declaration form as earlier as possible.

^ Only paper collection service of Import/Export Declaration is provided. Please contact Ge-TS service hotline at 8201 0082 for most updated information due to there may be changes on the network.
* Paper-to-Electronic Conversion Service of Import/Export Declaration, Dutiable Commodities Permits, Cargo Manifests and Certificate of Origin are available at Ge-TS Service Centre. The back office of Ge-TS operates on a 5-day week, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and days when typhoon signal number 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings are in force).
